A WOMAN has been fined after two children were found to be in a car without seatbelts or booster seats.
Sabah Ahmed, 34, of Abbots Wood, Bradford, faced a charge of using a motor vehicle/trailer when the number of passengers/manner carried was likely to cause danger.
Court documents state that two children were in the back of a vehicle with no seatbelts or booster seats.
The offence was committed on Carr Lane, Bradford, on September 13, 2022.
Ahmed was fined £220 and ordered to pay a £88 victim surcharge and £90 costs for this offence.
Ahmed was sentenced at a single justice procedure hearing at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court on February 9.
