26-year-old Lewis is said to be in a relationship with 23-year-old actor and dancer Ellie, after the pair were spotted getting close at a BRITs after party on Saturday night (11th February). They were seen kissing on a sofa at the party before Lewis headed onto the dance floor, according to a report in The Sun. A source told The Sun, Lewis is “in love” and “couldn’t be happier”. We love to see it.

How long have Ellie and Lewis been dating?

Ellie and Lewis were first pictured together in November last year on a romantic dinner date. However, it’s not clear if they had been seeing each other before their date at the end of last year.

A source told The Sun, Lewis “has been dating Ellie for some time now” but the BRITs after party was the first time they had taken their relationship into the spotlight.

Ellie is a 23-year-old actor and dancer from Scotland. She’s a university graduate and studied dance for commercial performance for three years.
